本科毕业设计(论文) 题目: 系 专 业班 级学 生学 号指导教师 2013年 2t轻型货车后驱动桥设计 摘要 在一般的汽车结构中,驱动桥包括主减速器(又称主传动器)、差速器、驱动车轮的传动装置及桥壳等部件。汽车后桥作为整车的一个关键部件,其产品的质量和结构形式对整车对整车的安全使用性能影响是非常大的,而且随着我们对汽车安全和使用性能的不断重视,我们必须对驱动桥进行有效地优化设计。 本文参照传统的驱动桥设计方式,进行了轻型货车驱动桥的设计,对驱动桥进行总成方案分析、结构设计和方案论证。目的在于实现汽车在各种路况下进行良好的驱动功能并保证其动力性和安全性。主减速器;差速器;半轴;驱动桥壳 Design of Truck Transaxle AbstractIn general automobile structure, drive axle, including the main reducer (also known as the main transmission device), differential, driven wheel gear and axle housing etc. The car rear saxle, as a key part of the whole, its product's and structure forms have a great influence on the safe driving. With more values being put on the car use and its safe drving ,we must design truck transaxle effectively. This article demonstrate a new design of truck transaxle according to traditional model.The design is based on traditional driving axle design mode ,carred out uck driving axle design. In this paper, with reference to the traditional way of drive axle design, has carried on the design of light truck drive axle, the drive axle assembly scheme analysis, structure design and project demonstration. Purpose is to realize vehicles under various road conditions can be a good driver function and guarantee its performance and security. After according to the truck drive axle design requirements, to choose to meet the drive axle under the working conditions of transmission type, calculation of transmission ratio, main reducer in the main, hyperboloid gear meshing transmission, driven gear type selection and parameters selection and calculation, the main, driven gear bearing, bearing selection, differential structure design, in the form of half shaft design and strength check, drive axle casing design. Finally using single stage gear reducer, hypoid gear meshing transmission, simplifying structure, reduced size, effective use of space, reduce material waste.
