EX1000高效二次风选粉机(转子部件)设计 摘要: 选粉机是水泥工业闭路粉磨系统中一个重要的设备。为满足不断提高的水泥质量的要求,避免生产过程中磨机的过粉磨现象,提高磨机产量,给水泥生产带来更高的经济效益,对选粉机的性能提出了更高的要求。 转子式选粉机是结合旋风式选粉机和O-sepa选粉机的优点而产生的。本课题主要是将传统的倒锥形分级圈改进为选粉效率更高的圆柱形分级圈,以提高选粉机的分级能力。采用螺旋式撒料盘,提高对物料的分散能力,并利用旋风筒对成品进行收集。同时对分级圈,撒料盘等各个零件的连接进行改进，采用可拆卸的螺栓连接,便于对使用过程中所出现的问题进行维修,同时也避免个别零件出现问题时，导致其他零部件不必要的拆卸而损坏,从而减少不应该的浪费。选择合适的密封装置,保证整个系统的润滑性能和轴承的使用寿命。改进后的转子式选粉机的分散、分级和收集三个过程结合更加合理，提高了整个系统的选粉效率，降低了电耗，提高了使用寿命，其结构设计也更加科学合理。 关键词: 高效;选粉机; 转子; 撒料盘; 润滑系统 The design of EX1000 high efficiency selecting powder machine with second wind (rotor components) Abstract: Classifier is an important equipment in the close powder grinding system in the cement industry. In order to meet the increasing quality demand of cement, avoid the excessive over-grinding phenomenon in the productive process of cement mill, increase the output of mill and bring higher economic efficiency to the cement production. So better performance of classifier is needed. The rotor type classifier unified the merits of tornado classifier and O-Sepa classifier. The main purpose of this design is to change the traditional conical graduation circle to high efficiency column graduation circle, so the graduation ability of selecting powder machine is enhanced. The spiral scattering material plate is used to enhance the dispersible ability of material. And at the end production is collected by the cyclone separator. The connection of parks of the graduation circle and scattering material plate is improved too. The hinged bolt fastening is adopted for easy maintenance. At the same time some other parks are avoided damaging when the individual component has problem, and reduces the waste. The reasonable seal equipment is choosed to guarantee the lubrication of the whole system and the service life of bearing.
