毕业设计（论文）题　　目:专　　业:班　　级:学　　号:姓　　名:指导老师:成都电子机械高等专科学校 二〇〇七年六月 摘要 我的毕业设计是基于应用基于Windows平台的三维软件生成零件的三维和凹凸模具等外形，然后再应用UG NX2软件生成凹凸模具的加工轨迹然后在数控机床上进行加工凹凸模具。现代模具的生产是照上述过程生成模具和制造模具的流程。 在设计中，我先建立零件的模型并生成加工零件的模具外形。模具的凸模和凹模都是在UG软件中生成的。而且达到了它们之间需要的配合关系。利用模具的上下模型生成加工轨迹和NC代码。这样就可以应用NC代码在数控机床上面加工上下型。在设计中，我采用了主流的设计软件来设计零件、模具的外形并在软件中生成加工轨迹和NC代码。软件有UG NX2和AutoCAD等来造型和数控编程的专业软件。 毕业设计的内容就是将从零件的测绘，到三维造型和分模和模具的数控加工的流程。在现代制造技术中，我们从实际生产中的流程与我毕业设计的流程是相同。在世界的机械加工行业里CAD/CAM软件在现代制造中应用是非常广泛的，从建模到NC代码的生成都是在CAD/CAM软件中实现的。Summary My design is application according to the terrace of Windows of three the shape of born spare parts in the software of UG NX2 with molding tool etc. shape, then reborn process the track process.This is born to combine the process process of the manufacturing molding tool.
