摘 　要 本设计题目是天津市金地物业有限公司办公楼设计。该楼为六层框架结构，总建筑面积3m2。底层层高为4.2m，其它各层层高为3.9m，总高24.3m。室内外高差0.45米，建筑抗震设防烈度为7度，符合生产工作要求。 建筑设计应用了AutoCAD、Revite、天正建筑等软件。结构设计中先确定了结构的框架布局，计算出层间荷载代表值，求出自振周期，进而计算水平地震荷载作用下大小和水平荷载作用下的结构内力。接着再计算恒载及活荷载作用下的结构竖向内力，最后通过内力组合找到最不利的组合结果。用结果计算配筋。此外，运用PKPM结构设计软件对结构进行电算设计，导出。 通过毕业设计，综合应用四年的所学的专业知识，使我的专业水平得到了很大提高，为将来的工作打下了坚实的基础。ABSTRACT This design problem is office building of tian jin jin di property company.According to current National building and structure specifications,The building is six-story frame structure,with a total construction area of 3250.08 square meters.The bottom layer is 4.2 meters,the other layers of high is 3.9 meters,the total height 24.3 meters.The level of indoors and outside is 0.45 meters.Fortification intensity of buildings is 7 degrees,accord with the requirements of the work of production. Architecture design have used Architecture software,such as AutoCAD、Revit Tianzheng construction.In structure design,we determine the structural the frame layout,taking into account the inter-layer load representative value,seeking from vibration period in the first,and then calculate size horizontal seismic loads and horizontal loads of structural forces.Then calculate the dead load and live load and then under the action of the vertical force structure,And finally through the combination of forces to find the most unfavorable combination results.The results of calculations using the most secure reinforcement.In addition,I check the structure with the software-PKPM and get the structure layout diagram,reinforcement and internal force diagrams. According to the result of the computer and the corresponding structure requirement.I draw the structure construction drawing with AutoCAD. Through graduation design I proceeds my four years profession knowledge to the application,improve my profession level,prepare massiness basic for my work in the future.
