Based on the clear principles and thoughts of building new recruitment management system after the internship by Shandong Daxin group recruitment status of knowledge management system for its patch to correct the problems, which redesigned Daxin Group recruitment management system. The new system focuses on the study of human resource planning, human resources and access methods selection, screening tests, hiring decisions, evaluate recruitment and other aspects. Daxin Shandong Construction Groups new recruitment management system, not only will the group itself has a very good role, but also provide some reference to other companies, thereby further contributing to improve the recruitment of management theory.over recruitment management system in order to deal with human resources issues constructively contribute.
