摘 要 学生归档材料管理系统是一个学校教务管理不可缺少的部分，它的出现对于学校的学生和管理者来说都至关重要，归档材料管理系统能够为用户提供充足的信息和快捷的查询手段，大大方便了学校教务管理，提高工作效率。本系统运用.NET中的C/S模式，运用VisualStudio2010 + SQL Server2008R2 的组合开发平台开发测试。C/S架构，在系统设计、实施上运用软件工程的思想，完全依照瀑布模型来编写设计文档。利用流程图，UML图等工具来设计程序，以避免逻辑上的错误。运用Power Designer工具进行数据库的设计。运用vs工具进行编写测试用例，进行单元测试和集成测试。在界面上运用Winform(Windows Form)技术思想来实现设计，并以人性化的控件完成复杂的业务流程。考虑到归档任务的繁重，设计了归档存储算法，可以完成特定需求的归档。能实现归档材料的录入、修改、查找、删除、统计、查询、预览、编辑、打印、系统维护、帮助等功能，此外，在程序中还设计了用户登陆，并设定了密码，以确保本系统应用的安全性。优雅的分层设计、美观的页面设计、功能间低耦合、SQL及算法语句的优化让系统增色不少。 关键字：归档；管理系统；数据库；材料信息查询  Abstract Students archive materials management system is a school indispensable part of educational administration , it appears the schools students and managers are critical , archive materials management system to provide users with adequate information and inquiry means fast , greatly facilitate the school educational administration , improve work efficiency.
