大 连 民 族 学 院 本 科 毕 业 设 计 施工BIM模型建立与应用过程关键技术研究学 院（系）：土木建筑工程学院专业：工程管理学 生 姓 名：韩志超学号：07指 导 教 师：王楠楠评 阅 教 师：高云莉完 成 日 期：2013年5月31日大连民族学院 摘 要 本文通过介绍和总结现阶段施工BIM技术的应用，结合我国现阶段施工建设项目管理现状，从建设项目施工现场现状和施工企业等各方实际需求出发，对基于REVIT2013平台施工BIM模型的建立技术和在NAVISWORKS平台基于施工BIM模型的施工阶段的项目管理进行分析和应用，提出了更优化的navisworks平台建模方法，提高了施工方项目管理和工程量的计算效率和精确度，最终建立施工BIM模型，通过施工BIM模型来对施工方招投标、工程索赔、施工阶段成本控制、质量控制等进行更高效管理。并通过对某培训楼施工阶段BIM模型的创建和应用，对基于BIM技术施工建设项目方案与传统施工技术管理方式的对比，充分反应了 BIM 技术在施工企业应用具有极大的潜力。 关键词：施工BIM模型；Revit2013；NAVISWORKS；CAD A?Research?of?Key?Technology?in?the?Modeling?and?Application?Process?of?Construction?BIM Abstract In this paper, we get NAVISWORKS the more optimized modeling method of platform through the introduction and the summary of the application of the technology BIM of the construction at present, combined with the management at the present stage of the construction of the project; we start with the present situation of the construction of the project and the actual requirement of all parties; we analyze and apply the technology of construction of the model BIM based on REVIT2013 platform and the management of the project on construction stage on NAVISWORKS platform based on the BIM model. This method raise the efficiency to compute and the accuracy of the management of the project of construction side and the work amount, and construct the BIM model of construction in the end, manage efficiently the bidding of the construction side, the claim of project, the cost control on construction stage, the quality control, etc through the BIM model of construction. This paper reflect that the BIM technology has great proficiency in the application of the construction enterprise by the establishment and application of the BIM model on the construction stage of un training building and the comparison between the project of construction based on the BIM technology and the traditional method of the management of the technology of construction.Key Words：Construction of BIM model；Revit2013； N
