DESCRIPTION 描述 1.1 The Contractor shall provide and install a water recirculation system to accommodate the spray booths. The system must produce a sludge that can pass the paint filter test adopted by the EPA in April, 1985 (Federal Register Vol. 50 PP 183772) so that it can be disposed of in a non hazardous waste HM landfill. 承包人必须提供和安装一套适应喷房的水循环系统。该系统必须产出淤泥，该淤泥能通过采用由EPA（美国环保署）1985.4（联邦注册Vol. 50 PP 183772）的油漆过滤测试,所以它能够被当作非危险废弃HM垃圾处理。 1.2 This Specification is to be used in conjunction with the General Motors GMNA Paint Gen
