The hotel serves as labor concentrated model industry, its competition is actually a competition of talents. Human resource management has been paid more and more attention. High quality human resource is the hotel industry to be healthy and sustainable and stable development of the fundamental guarantee. With the quality of the hotel employees, ideas and the development of self-consciousness and constantly enhance the concept of democracy, the hotel that the people-oriented service industry in human resources management more reflects the culture of hotel management importance. Therefore, this article from the hotel management personnel should possess the following qualities, training condition, training plan, training method as well as the four aspects such as the Stars Hotel and a combination of human resources management of the actual situation, the Moderno Hotel management in basic level management personnel training to do a preliminary study.[Keywords] Hotel Newemployees Trainingissues Solutions
