摘　　要 施工组织设计是以施工项目为对象编制的，用以指导施工的技术、经济和管理的综合性文件。施工组织设计的编制必须遵循工程建设程序，并应符合下列原则：符合施工合同或招标文件中有关工程进度、质量、安全、环境保护、造价等方面的要求；积极开发、使用新技术和新工艺，推广应用新材料和新设备；坚持科学的施工程序和合理的施工顺序，采用流水施工和网络计划等方法，科学配置资源，合理布置现场，采取季节性施工措施，实现均衡施工，达到合理的经济技术指标；采取技术和管理措施，推广建筑节能和绿色施工；与质量、环境和职业健康安全三个管理体系有效结合。 本课题以其中22#楼为研究对象，22#楼在东地块为6层，建筑面积为4262.1m2，设计使用年限为50年，耐火等级为二级，由于本区域地质结构以杂色砾岩和半胶结的砂砾石层为主,厚1-15m所以全部建筑采用片石基础。大体上估计工期为295天，2013年9月1日至2014年6月15号。 本设计根据国家及地方质量管理规范的有关规定以及现场条件、招标文件、工程施工特点、工程背景，宁夏裕民小区一期工程22#楼项目进行了施工部署、施工管理、施工方案的确立、施工进度计划安排，安全管理。以确保施工质量和安全，降低工程造价，为施工提供科学的指导依据。 通过施工组织设计的编制，为确保工期、质量及安全、文明工地，节约成本等创造了条件；编制出针对性的施工组织设计，使每个分部分项工程的特点、结构特征、施工难易程度工期和质量要求，确定出切实可行的施工方案。以指导施工顺利地完成本工程项目的建设，控制工程成本，创建优质工程。 关键词： 施工组织组织设计，工程质量，施工部署  Ningxia Yumin plot construction organization plan Abstract The construction organization design is of construction project for objects, to guide the construction technology, economy and management of comprehensive files.
