THE RESEARCH ON SUNDER MACHINERY COMPANY’S LOGISTIC ABSTRACT Rational、efficient、scientific logistics management mode is the key for the manufacturing enterprises to improve their operational efficiency、reduce logistics operating costs and improve their market competiveness．Now there are many kinds of logistics management models，each form has its own advantages and disadvantages and each adapt to different conditions，only the enterprises choice their suitable logistics management model call help they form a highly efficient logistics system． This paper start with Sunder Machinery Company’s various aspects of logistics management, in-deeply analysis on of the logistics characteristics Sunder Machinery Company, found that the problems of logistics management, and the problems of modern logistics management theory analysis. Secondly, in-depth analysis of existing problems, based on the use of logistics and supply chain management thought and philosophy, Sunder machinery company logistics optimization proposed implementation plan, that is, Sunder Machinery Company by improving logistics organization design, logistics business model, building enterprise performance evaluation system for logistics operations, to reduce logistics costs and improve logistics performance objectives.
