恒焦煤化有限责任公司作业成本法应用研究 摘要 作业成本法是西方国家于二十世纪八十年代末开始全面兴起并在先进制造企业首先应用起来的一种全新的企业管理理论和方法，它是对所有作业活动进行动态追踪反映来计量作业和成本对象的成本，评价作业业绩和资源利用情况，可以较好地克服传统制造成本法成本失真的缺点，不仅仅是一种成本计算方法，更是一种成本控制和企业管理手段。通过对恒煤焦化有限责任公司的实地调研和数据分析，发现原成本核算方法不能真实地反映成本信息，在此基础上，对作业成本法在该公司的适用性及可行性进行了分析，然后将作业成本计算法、成本计算流程运用到该公司，并对该公司作业成本法的应用提出了建议，以期望能为该公司应用作业成本法进行成本核算和相关决策提供帮助。 关键词 作业成本法 作业 成本控制 The constant coking limited liability company activity-based costing applied research Abstract Activity-based costing is the western country in the late 1980s to rise and advanced manufacturing enterprise first application in a new enterprise management theory and method, it is all the activities of dynamic tracking measurement operations and to reflect the cost, cost object assignment performance and resources evaluation, can overcome traditional manufacturing cost, cost distortion is not only a kind of cost calculation method, is also a kind of cost control and enterprise management.
