易讯员工培训问题分析及方案设计
摘 要
近年来由于金融危机对全世界的严重影响, 在我国越来越多的企业也开始逐渐认识到企业间的竞争归根到底就是人才的竞争,企业要想获得优于竞争对手的根本途径,就是比竞争对手学得更快,重视培训、重视员工全面素质的提升,应付更有挑战性的工作,员工才能适应社会的发展,符合企业发展的需求,从而提高企业核心竞争力,最终实现企业与员工的“双赢”,由此,人力资源管理上升到企业战略管理中比较重要的位置,而培训是企业人力资本保值增值的重要途径。培训对于企业适应外部环境的发展变化、满足员工自我成长的需要、提高绩效和提高员工素质有着至关重要的作用。而层出不穷的中小型民营企业要在知识飞速发展的时代站稳脚跟,并且发展壮大,这就要求企业根据其自身特点和员工状况,设计出一套符合企业发展的培训方案,这对企业和员工而言,都具有十分重要的作用和意义。本文从学习和培训的基本原理入手,通过对易讯彩铃公司原有员工培训现状剖析,指出该企业在培训方面存在的问题,结合易讯彩铃公司实际情况,提出改进意见,并构建新的培训体系。
