摘要 配电网络是电力系统中连接输电网络和用户侧的中间环节，直接为广大用户提供电能。与输电网络相比，配电网络具有电压等级低、损耗大、自动化程度低等特点。配电网络的运行工况是否安全、合理，不仅关系到用户侧电能可靠性的优劣，而且还直接影响网络运行的安全性和经济性。对配电网络整定计算进行研究，具有非常重要的实际意义。配电网络的整定计算主要是短路电流计算。本次设计是针对10kV变电所的电气部分及继电保护而进行设计的。电气设计主要是根据原始资料所提供的有关情况，并考虑到变电所在电力系统中所处的地位其所处的地理环境及其电能的输送情况，通过分析并经过技术经济比较，确定出合理的电气主接线方案，选择适当的电气设备。继电保护部分是本次设计的重点。10kV属于中压配电网，它延伸至用电负荷的中心或居民小区内，直接面对工矿企业和居民等广大用户的供电需要，起着承上启下确保用户供电的作用，因此10KV配电网所处的地位十分重要，在配电工程中，能否保证系统安全、经济、可靠的运行，工程的设计质量是一个重要条件。 关键词 继电保护，速断保护，短路电流计算，整定计算  Abstract The distribution network is in power system and power transmission network connection among the link directly to the vast number of users with electricity. Compared with the transmission network， with low voltage distribution network， the loss is big， the low degree of automation. The operating condition of the distribution network security， whether reasonable， is not only related to the user， the reliability of the lateral power but also directly affect the safety of network operation， and the economy. The calculation of the distribution network research， has very important practical significance. The calculation of the distribution network is mainly short-circuit current calculation.The design is for 10 kV regional electrical substation and part of the relay and design. Electrical design are mainly based on raw provided by the situation and taking into account the substation in the power system in which the position in which its geographical environment and its power transmission， through a technical and economic analysis and comparison， determine a reasonable Electric Wiring the main programme， select the appropriate electrical equipment.
