西安培华学院 本科毕业论文（设计） 题目 简易数控钻床加工过程控制仿真与实现 姓 名 院 系 计算机科学与技术 专 业 网 络 工 程 学 号 指导教师 简易数控钻床加工过程控制仿真与实现 摘 要 该设计系统是以AT89S51为单片机，用74LS245为显示位控制，利用单片机、步进电机及其附加电路设计一个实现对数控钻床的工序过程控制的系统，设系统为一维坐标，系统由数控机器与电机驱动电路4位LED显示器以及加速、减速、正转、反转按键组成，通过编程，实现对步进电机的变速、匀速、和正、反运行及运行状态的显示控制。软件程序采用C语言编写，便于移植与升级。此系统就构成了完整的数控钻床控制系统。它不仅可以作为数控钻床的控制系统，还可以用做普通钻床的数控改造。报告详细介绍了整个系统的硬件组成结构、工作原理和系统的软件程序设计。钻头具有匀速、变速、正反转功能，通过功能键切换实现各种工作状态的运行，通过测速回路形成一个可控的闭环系统，实现显示电机运行速度，在国内的中小企业将有一定的应用市场。 关键词：AT89S51单片机；步进电机； 数控钻床 Is simple number control the drilling machine transform process control to imitate really with realize Abstract This text introduced the design method that the number controls the drilling machine control system hardware telephone.
