河北农业大学 本科毕业论文 题 目：复方中药枳术汤对雏鸡生产性能 及免疫器官指数的影响 学 院： 动物医学院 专业班级： 动物医学1002班 学 号： 2010084020208 学生姓名： 曹莹莹 指导教师姓名： 赵兴华 指导教师职称： 副教授 2014年06月04 日  复方中药枳术汤对雏鸡生产性能及免疫器官的影响 动物医学1002班：曹莹莹 指导教师：赵兴华 摘要：实验旨在研究复方中药枳术汤对雏鸡生产性能和免疫器官的影响。选择175只一日龄海蓝灰雏鸡随机分为5组：采用标准日粮进行饲喂。经母源抗体检测后，Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、四组于10日龄首免鸡新城疫C30-86冻干苗，在10日龄时按照日饲料量的1%(Ⅰ组)、2%（Ⅱ组）饲喂复方中药枳术汤（ZZT），28日龄二次免疫（剂量和方法同首次免疫）。Ⅴ组为空白对照组，不免疫不给药，正常饲养。于17、24、31、38、45日龄时，早晨8点喂料之前进行称重，然后每组分别随机抽取7只鸡，心脏采血，离心分离血清待用，采集免疫器官并计算免疫器官指数。通过测定试验雏鸡的日增重、料肉比、免疫器官指数、IL-2血清ND抗体水平、 IFN-γ的影响。结果显示，枳术汤对雏鸡ND抗体水平影响：从17日龄到38日龄，枳术汤组与阴性对照组之间的ND抗体水平整体存在着明显差异（p＜0.05）。枳术汤组对雏鸡INF-r以及IL-2水平的影响：从17日龄45日龄，枳术汤组与阴性对照组之间的INF-r及IL-2的水平存在着显著的差异（p＜0.05）。枳术汤组对雏鸡免疫器官指数的影响：从17日龄到45日龄，枳术汤组与阴性对照组之间脾指数不存在明显的差异；从31日龄到哪45日龄，枳术汤组与阴性对照组间存在着明显差异。枳术汤组对雏鸡肠道IgA抗体水平的影响：从4月21日到5月19日，对于雏鸡十二指肠、回肠、P结IgA水平，枳术汤组与阴性对照组之间存在着明显的差异（p＜0.05）。 关键词：复方中药枳术汤；免疫器官指数；IL-2；法氏囊；脾脏；雏鸡；生产性能 Effect of compound Chinese herbal medicine of Zhizhu Decoction on production performance and immune organs in chickens Student： Yingying Cao Advisor： Xinghua Zhao (College of Animal Science and Technology, Agricultural University of Hebei ,Baoding 071001) Abstract：The experiment was conducted to study the effects of compound Chinese medicine of Zhizhu Decoction on production performance and immune organs in chickens. 175 day old blue gray chickens were randomly divided into 5 groups:the standard diet fed.
