济南大学泉城学院 毕 业 设 计 题 目 汽车变速系统液压性能综合 试验台的设计 专 业 机械设计制造及其自动化 班 级 机设07Q1 学 生 朱传明 学 号 20073006153 指导教师 杨 可 森 二〇一一年五月三十日摘 要 汽车自动变速系统作为一种新兴的变速器技术，因其具有良好的换挡品质和车辆动力性、经济性以及油耗低的优点，正受到国内外各大汽车公司的重视。国内外的著名汽车制造厂商对此展开研究设计。目前，采用液压与电子技术操纵控制的变速器是此类产品的方向主流，而DCT变速器试验台是研发此类新产品不可缺少的手段，本课题所介绍的汽车变速器液压试验台是基于此目的而设计。本课题在经过充分研究国内外液压测试技术、控制技术和计算机技术后，将计算机技术及采用多种控制方式的控制技术运用于液压测试系统中，开发出多功能液压测试试验台。试验台主要用于汽车双离合器液压变速系统的性能试验，试验内容主要包括二个方面：泵性能试验和阀组性能试验。其中泵的具体试验内容有：泵的机械效率测试、泵的容积效率测试、等；阀组的性能试验内容有：阀的特性试验、阀的泄漏试验、阀组上各阀的组合功能测试、阀组寿命试验等。 关键词：变速系统；液压；泵；阀组；试验台 ABSTRACT Automatic transmission system as a new transmission technologie is subjected to the attention by major motor companies at home and abroad because of the advantages of its good shift quality, vehicle dynamics, economic performance and low fuel consumption. Many Well-known domestic and foreign automobile manufacturers start to make this design.
