毕业实习报告 姓名： 00000 班级：04级环境工程（1）班 学号：20040110150102 指导教师：000 河北某种猪厂污水处理工程设计 摘 要 依据中华人民共和国《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》（GB18596-2001），污水处理委托设计合同和遵循养殖污水处理站设计原则，结合实际情况，对河北某种猪厂污水处理站进行设计。所选的工艺流程应体现技术上可行，经济上合理，在保证出水水质的条件下，尽量节省投资，安全可靠，管理方便。 污水处理站设计规模：水量规模3500m3/d；进水水质：CODcr=8000—12000mg/L，BOD5=3500-4500mg/L，SS=3000—4000mg/L， pH=9—11，,要求出水水质达到下列标准：CODcr400mg/L，BOD5150mg/L，SS200mg/L， pH=6-9, 。经过三种方案的比较，确定采用“UASB+生物接触氧化”工艺对养殖污水进行处理。 其工艺流程如下： 工艺流程分为污水处理系统和污泥处理系统。其中，好氧生物接触氧化完成主要降解功能，运行稳定，出水有保障。 关键词：养殖污水处理站；工艺流程；设计；生物接触氧化池 A Wastewater Treatment Project Design for Culture wastewater of a Swine factory in Hebei ABSTRACT According to The Peoples Republic of China based on sewage discharge standards and the wastewater treatment project design contract（GB18596-2001）, following the design principles of sewage treatment plant, the engineering project is designed for a wastewater treatment plant of swing factory in light of the actual situation. The selected process for the wastewater treatment project should reflect the technically feasible and economically reasonable, in ensuring water quality conditions, saving investment, safe, reliable and easy management. The designed scale of the wastewater treatment project: Design for wastewater is 3500 m3 / d.The quality of the influent water is: CODcr = 8000-12000 mg/L, BOD5 = 3500-4500 mg/L, SS = 3000-4000mg/L, pH = 9-11,. The following criteria that the effluent quality requirements should meet is: CODcr400mg/L,BOD5150mg/L，SS200mg/L，pH=6-9,. After three programs comparison, anaerobic + aerobic - Precipitation process is chosen for dyeing wastewater treatment. The Process is as follow: The process include wastewater treatment system and sludge treatment system. Among them, aerobic oxidation(Biological oxidation pond) complete the major degradation functions. So the culture wastewater treatment station can operate stably, and the effluent is guaranteed.
