河 北 工 业 大 学 毕 业 论 文 作 者： 王鑫磊学 号： 110358学 院：机械工程学院系(专业)：机械设计制造及其自动化题 目：三维空间外固定器结构设计及其性能分析与仿真指导者： 曲云霞教授评阅者：2015年 06月 07日毕业设计（论文）中文摘要 三维空间外固定器结构设计及其性能分析与仿真 摘要： 三维空间外固定器是医学上一种通过将骨连接到体外装置以固定伤肢来治疗骨和关节损伤及矫正骨骼畸形的方法，是治疗骨折、严重的肢体损伤和残缺及重建患肢功能的一种主要手段，广泛应用于现代骨科手术中。三维空间外固定器通过固定针将骨骼与外固定架固定，通过调节外固定架的位姿来调整骨骼的位姿，把骨骼调整到有利于恢复的位置，从而完成对骨骼的正畸、愈合等治疗。本文通过查阅相关的中外文献，了解三维空间外固定器的应用背景、研究现状及其发展趋势，拟定三维空间外固定器的结构设计方案并进行总体设计，模拟临床对三维空间外固定器进行位置反解求解，并利用Adams软件进行运动学仿真，对设计的三维空间外固定器利用ANSYS软件进行力学分析。 关键词： 外固定器 骨骼 Stewart平台 分析仿真毕业设计（论文）外文摘要 Title The structure design of the three-dimensional spaceexternal fixator and its performance analysis andsimulation Abstract 3D external fixator is a kind of medicine by bone is connected to the external device to fix the injured limb to treat bone, joint damage and bone deformity correction.It is a main means of the limb function in patients with treatment of fractures, severe limb injury, incomplete and reconstruction, which is widely used in modern orthopedic surgery. 3D external fixation link injured bone to fixed frame by pins,and adjusting the external fixator pose to adjust skeletons pose, the bone is conducive to the recovery position, thus completing the treatment of skeletal orthopedic and healing. Through access to relevant foreign and Chinese document to understand 3D fixator application background, research condition and development trend of develop 3D fixation structure design and overall design, clinical simulation of 3D fixation position inverse solution, and the kinematics simulation is done by the software of Adams, to design 3D fixation using ANSYS software for mechanical analysis.
