Hunan, as a big province in centre, the prosperity of it matters. As a result, Huaihua and Zhangjiajie city in Hunan province has become the key to rise. Analysis of two cities’ economy and industry classification index contribution to economic growth can not only show what has gained in economic outcomes, but also give scientific basis for the next economic forecast. In this paper, I am focusing on the use of statistical regression analysis and principal component analysis method and then calculating the corresponding economic structure number in order to analyze the effects of proportional coefficient and the details of two cites’ economy grows. The main results are two cities’ structure proportion coefficient table, which shows the tertiary industry development of the two regions is full of vigour.
