The allele frequenciesverage effective number of alleles and the average polymorphic information content ranging from 0.005 2－0.349 0; 4.017 4－13.146 9 and 0.700 7 － 0.893 2,meanwhile, the average heterozygosity range from 0.755 0 － 0.928 8.they were highly polymorphic. Cluster analysis showed that Chenggu groups first of all together with Nanzheng, followed with Ningqiang, Hanbin.【Conclution】10 pairs of microsatellite markers can be used as an effective genetic marker for the analysis of the genetic diversity of buffalo in southern Shaanxi.There are rich diversit
