毕业设计任务书 指导教师 职　称 教研室 学生姓名 班　级 董蕴华 讲师 应电教研室 陈甜 应电043 设计题目： 液晶显示控制屏 设计时间：　　2007－3－10至2007－5－20　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 设计任务： 1）掌握液晶显示的原理和显示方式 2）理解ACM12864的显示原理和显示途径 3）了解点阵显示的原理 4）将液晶显示与按键控制结合起来 毕业设计成绩 教师评阅成绩 指导老师认定成绩 小组答辩成绩 答辩成绩 答辩委员会评定成绩 答辩委员会主任（签名） 摘要 本次毕业设计简要介绍了单片机的发展，详尽阐述了单片机的基本结构。简单论述了液晶显示技术的发展历程及液晶显示器的使用指南和注意事项，了解液晶模块的三种连接方式。通过介绍液晶显示屏的显示特点和分类方法引出液晶显示屏的结构特点和显示原理，进而说明液晶显示模块ACM12864的驱动原理，并对其进行详细的说明。包括其管脚信息、部分功能器件、指令系统和指令码、读写时序参数等等。 根据液晶显示模块ACM12864的结构特点，依据单片机的管脚功能，得出单片机与ACM12864的电路连接原理图，即图四。但单一的单片机与液晶模块ACM12864的电路连接太过单调，而且实际运用起来并不方便，故添加LED、蜂鸣器、按键控制、串行口、温度传感器等器件设备，即得附录A。 本次毕业设计就是根据附录A而得。在ACM12864中，指令放在以3800H为开始的一段存储区，数据放在以7800H为开始的一段存储区。它的显示以16×16点阵为单位，即一个字的字模是16×16，其字模由专门的字模提取程序而得。 关键词 液晶，显示原理，液晶模块，指令系统 Abstract This graduation design synopsis introduced the development of a machine, elaborating basic structure of a machine in details.Discussed the LCD to show technical development process and the usage guidebook and regulations of the liquid crystal displays in brief, three kinds of conjunction methods of the understanding LCD mold piece.Pass the structure characteristics that manifestation characteristics and the classification method derivation LCD manifestations that introduce the LCD manifestations holds hold and manifestation principle, then explain that LCD manifestation the mold an ACM12864 drives the principle, and as to its carry on the expatiation.Include its pin information, parts of function machine pieces, the instruction system and instruction codes and read and write the cycle time parameter etc..
