方正国际商务中心项目可行性研究 摘 要 项目的可行性研究是指在项目投资决策前，对建设项目进行的有关经济分析、论证，综合研究建设项目的先进性和实用性、经济合理性以及建设的合理性和可行性，并由此给出该项目是否值得投资以及如何进行投资等结论性意见，为决策部门提供可靠的、科学的依据，并以此作为基础，开展后续工作。可行性研究对国民经济发展、规划有重大的意义。本次课题是对浙江省义乌市方正国际商务中心工程进行可行性研究，通过市场调研、数据收集和整理、财务评价以及风险分析等方法对此项目进行综合评价，重点进行了投资估算和财务分析，得出结论，为项目的投资决策提供了有力依据。该设计以各章节定性分析和定量计算的结果为依据，得出该项目可行的结论，并提出合理性建议。 关键词：方正国际项目；财务评价；风险分析 FANGZHENG INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CENTER PROJECT FEASIBILITY STUDY ABSTRACT Project feasibility study is in front of the project investment decision-making, the construction project of the comprehensive economic analysis and demonstration, comprehensive research advancement and practicability of the construction projects, economic rationality, and the rationality and feasibility of construction, the project forward conclusive opinion is worth the investment, and how to invest, provide reliable and scientific basis for the decision-making department, as the foundation, to carry out the follow-up work.
