摘 要 电力行业是我国重要的经济增长行业，关系到国家的经济命脉，关系到我们的经济平稳快速健康的发展，也关系到人们生活水平的提高，随着知识经济时代的到来和电力体制改革的不断深入，电力企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中充分发挥其核心竞争力，在新的形势下电力企业要想适应形势发展的需要，应实现人力资源的创新，进行人力资源的变革，大力提高电力企业的人力资源的管理水平，充分发挥电力企业员工的工作积极性和创造性，科学的认识人才和使用人才，只有如此，才可以在激烈的市场竞争中占有一席之地，本文将从茌平电力企业人力资源管理的现状分析，阐述了人力资源与人力资源管理的涵义，分析了茌平电力企业人力资源管理的现状，指出了茌平电力企业人力资源管理存在的人力资源管理与企业发展战略严重不符问题；人员考评中存在的主要问题；人员选用中存在的问题；文化建设和工作人员综合工作能力比较低的问题。同时提出了对茌平电力企业人力资源管理存在问题的对策：引导管理者转变观念，真正树立以人为本的企业理念；完善该电力企业人员的选用与考评；全面加强企业文化建设培育企业精神；制定合理的人力资源管理规划。目的也是为我国电力企业的人力资源管理提供理论依据。 关键词：茌平电力企业；人力资源；人力资源管 Abstract Electric power industry is an important economic growth industry in China, related to the countrys economic lifeline, in relation to our stable and rapid economic development, but also related to the improvement of peoples living standard, with the coming of knowledge economy and the deepening of power system reform, electric power enterprises to give full play to its core competitiveness in the fierce competition in the market, in the electric power enterprise under the new situation to meet the need of the situation, innovation should be the human resources, human resources reform, improve the electric power enterprise human resources management level, give full play to the electric power enterprise staffs work enthusiasm and the creativity, scientific understanding and the utilization of talents so, only, can hold a space for one person in the fierce market competition, this paper will analyze the present situation of human resource management in Chiping electric power enterprises, the human resources and the meaning of human resource management, analyzes the present situation of human resources management in Chiping electric power enterprises, pointed out that the Chiping electric power enterprise human resource management in human resource management and enterprise development strategy is not serious problem; the main problems in human personnel evaluation; The problems exist in the comprehensive work ability; culture construction and t
