摘要 本设计题目是一种纺织线材高效自动绕装机设计。绕装机是纺织线生产环节中封装时需要的重要的设备，其目的是把生产出来的纺织线缠绕成线轴，便于运输、销售等。 本绕线机是由排线张紧部分、绕线部分以及控制部分组成。排线张紧部分是由步进电机、刚性联轴器、滚珠丝杠构成。排线张紧部分是由步进电机、刚性联轴器、滚珠丝杠构成。安装在滚珠丝杠上的螺母可以将丝杠的旋转运动转化为工作台的直线运动，完成纺织线的往复运动排线张紧部分是由步进电机、刚性联轴器、滚珠丝杠构成。安装在滚珠丝杠上的螺母可以将丝杠的旋转运动转化为工作台的直线运动，完成纺织线的往复运动。线材从两压紧轮中间通过后就产生了一定的张紧力，因此可以均匀的绕在缠线的轴上。将压紧轮进行改造可以节省很多的空间和电力。绕线部分是由三相异步电动机、减速器和焊接支架三部分组成。六根绕线轴是由安装在其上的皮带传动所驱动的。主轴上的皮带传动，保证了其他六根轴的转动。整个设备是采用微机控制。控制软件实行模块化设计，包括初始化模块和数据处理模块等。本次设计的绕装机主要是达到生产要求，针对纺织线材的大批量生产和自动化包装的现状，体现了高效自动化生产特点，提高了生产效率。 本绕装机的特点是一个电动机带动六根轴转动，两个排线机完成六个绕线轴的排线，达到高效的目的,非常适合工厂的生产。 关键词：绕装机 张紧 自动排线 ABSTRACT This article introduces a kind of spinning line material and many stalks automatically round to pack a machine’s design. The winding machine is the equipment which is used in the final link of the weave line production . Its goal is to twine the weave line into volume, sale，and so on. The winding machine is constituted with the tightening part, the platoon line part, the winds thread part as well as the control section. The platoon line part is composed of step-by-steps the electrical machinery, the rigid shaft coupling, and the ball bearing guide screw. The nut installed on the ball bearing guide screw may trans form the guide screw’s rotary motion into the work table’s translation, completing weave line’s reciprocal motion.
