Therefore, we not only must have the competition idea as enterprises operators, we also must have the crisis idea. Not only must have the crisis management consciousness, we must grasp the concept and the content of the risk management, but also must put these skills into the daily responsibility and the motion, thus in its enterprise or own working surface machine-hour, can be calm on the point of death, wins the survival the opportunity. Thereupon, more and more many superintendents went to the vision of the crisis management which is a new management concept, day by day the crisis management have also become an essential part in the business management. This article obtains from these aspects: the present crisis situation, the processing crisis method which will face from the domestic and foreign enterprises. At the same time, the article will performs through some documents to analyze, discusses how to handle the enterprise crisis to urge the enterprise health in the development.
