《跨国公司在华撤资原因和影响分析—毕业论文》.doc

摘 要 随着国际金融危机从金融领域逐渐扩散到实体经济，跨国公司在华FDI已经受到明显影响。一方面，金融危机导致跨国公司资金链紧张，削弱了其投资能力；另一方面，各国提出的具有贸易保护主义色彩的金融危机的应对政策也限制了FDI的流动。加之我国外资政策环境的转变以及生产要素成本的上升也削弱了跨国公司在华的投资意愿。为了实施其归核化战略，规避较大的无形风险，一些跨国公司开始在华撤资。特别值得注意的是出现了非正常撤资的现象，给我国带来了十分恶劣的影响。各级政府和部门应进一步完善外资的市场进入与退出机制，优化利用外资结构，改善外资区域布局，建立撤资监测预警机制，完善对外资企业的监管，完善相关法律，严格防范外资非法撤资，并加大对非法撤资的打击力度。 本文关注金融危机之后的跨国公司撤资问题，通过撤资实例思考跨国公司撤资的特点，分析撤资的原因和影响，最后从政府、企业等角度提出一些可行性的对策。 关键词：跨国公司 在华撤资 动因 影响 Abstract With the spreading of the international financial crisis from financial area to real economy, the FDI of MNCs in China has been affected greatly. On one side, the crisis has led to insufficient fund chain of MNCs and has seriously reduced these MNCs’ investment ability. On the other side, the countermeasures introduced by some countries showing some trade protectionism have greatly restricted the flow of FDI. Moreover, the environmental changes of China’s policy toward foreign capitals and the increased cost of production factors have reduced MNCs’ investment willingness in China. To carry out their refocusing strategy and avoid greater invisible risks, some MNCs are withdrawing their capital from China. Special attention should be paid to some abnormal divestment of MNCs, because it has done great harm to China’s economy. The governments at different levels should further improve the mechanism for the market entry and withdrawing of foreign capitals, optimize the structure of foreign capital utilization, improve the regional distribution of foreign funds, set up mechanism for divestment monitoring and warning, improve the supervision of the foreign enterprises, improve relevant laws and regulations to prevent illegal divestment, and intensify the crackdown on the illegal divestment.
