If we cant catch up with the developed country in the field of high-tech industry, we would fall far behind them. In order to develop high-tech industry, we have to not only ask for support from national polices, but also pay much attention to venture project itself. This thesis aim to study how to manage venture investment effectively on the basis of knowledge of.project management.This thesis start form the basic knowledge of venture project, introduce essential factors、development history and significance to our economic development of venture investment, also explain the effect of project management in the venture investment.
