学号：24080100084 南湖学院 毕 业 论 文 题 目：浅析中国服务外包的发展现状及问题对策 作 者 届 别 2012 届 系 别 经济与管理系 专 业 国际经济与贸易 指导老师 职 称 完成时间 2012年5月15日   摘 要 当前我国正处在服务外包业迅猛发展的时期，要实现长期稳定发展，我国必须了解其现状，深入探讨发展过程中产生的问题，再予以解决，使作为新兴经济脉搏的服务外包业能稳定向上的发展。通过对国内服务外包现状进行了分析，其存在着区域性扩大以及交易量大幅度提升等特点，并探讨了服务外包行业现存的企业竞争力较弱、法律政策的不完善、产业体系的不规范、人才的匮乏等问题，因此从提高企业竞争力、法律政策改革、产业支撑力量的供给、人才的定向培养等方面提出了相应的措施和建议。 关键词： 服务外包；发展现状；问题与对策  ABSTRACT The service outsourcing industry of China is in a period of rapid development in current situation,China must understand their situation to achieve long-term and stable development situation, then China must explore the issues arising in the development process in deeply, and then to be resolved, so that the service outsourcing industry as an emerging economic pulse could keep steady upward developments. Through the analysis of the status of the domestic service outsourcing, there are some feature such as regional expansion of the trading and volume greatly enhance, and discusses the existing competitiveness of enterprises in service for example outsourcing industry is weak, imperfect laws and policies, the industrial system is not standardized issues such as lack of talent, improve the competitiveness of enterprises, reform of the legal policy, industry support for the supply of power, talents orientation training and other aspects of the appropriate measures and proposals.
