Education ATT researchers conducted a comparison between audio-graphic and face-to-face instruction in a controlled test with two groups of students. Pre-test scores showed an insignificant difference between the two groups, but post-test scores showed that the group trained using audio-graphics had higher scores than the face-to-face group. The use of audio/image systems for distance learning at George Brown College resulted in good student acceptance of the system with an unexpected side benefit: two-hour classroom sessions extended to three hours simply because the students did not need
