基于web的高校学生档案管理系统 摘 要 随飞速发展的计算机科学技术，高校也跟着进入了信息化时代。为了更加高效更加科学的对学生管理，决定开发高校大学生档案信息查询管理系统。 本文采用结构化分析的方法，详细描述了一个功能比较好的高校大学生档案信息查询管理系统的前后台开发、操作的流程和涉及的一些关键技术。首先进行可行性分析，然后是系统分析，通过对业务流程的实际调研，分析业务流程和系统的组织结构，完成了数据流分析和数据字典；再是系统设计阶段主要完成了功能模块的划分、阐述了系统设计的思想、数据库的设计和系统设计的工具及技术。该阶段对本系统各个模块的功能进行了详细设计，形成了本系统的功能模块图；数据库设计时先进行了概念结构设计，然后进行了逻辑结构设计。最后完成了数据表的设计。 根据前几个阶段的分析和设计，本系统在设计方面不仅采用B/S模式，而且使用JSP技术进行基本页面的设计与功能实现，后台数据库选用SQL2005数据库。本系统的设计实施为高校大学生档案信息查询管理系统的运行做基础，为高校学生学籍管理工作提供较好的条件。 关键词：高校学生学籍管理；结构化分析；系统 Web-based File Management System of College Students Abstract With the rapid development of computer science and technology, colleges and universities also entered the information age. In order to be more efficient and more scientific management of students, university students decided to develop file information query management system for college . In this paper, structured analysis method , a detailed description of the development of a front desk function better college college information query management system files , processes, and some of the key technologies involved in the operation.
