题目：成本控制在火力发电企业中的应用研究 摘 要 面对当前电力需求下滑、国家大力推行“环境友好型、资源节约型”的和谐社会、电力行业主辅分离改革、业内恶意竞争等外部环境，加强内部成本控制，提高企业外部竞争能力，对火力发电企业是非常紧迫又重要的事情。本文结合当前火力发电企业实际情况，在参阅大量相关文献资料的基础上，阐述了火力发电企业成本控制的现状、发展、存在的问题及其成本控制的重要性，并运用目标成本法和ABC分类法，从燃料的采购运输和有效利用管理、设备维修维护和安全管理、财务费用合理分配、优化人力资源四方面着手，提出相应的解决措施。这些解决措施都是行之有效的方法，对于电力行业都将有一定的借鉴意义。 关键词：火力发电企业；成本控制；全面成本控制；财务费用；管理 ABSTRACT Facing the current power demand glides, the state vigorously promoteenvironment-friendly, resource-conserving of harmonious society, the power industry reform of separating secondary lines of malicious competition, the external environment, to strengthen the internal cost control, improve enterprise competition ability, on the thermal power enterprises is very urgent and important things.This paper combines the current thermal power enterprise actual situation, a large number of related literature material foundation, elaborated the current situation of cost control for thermal power enterprises, development, existing problems and the importance of cost control, and the use of the overall cost control method, from the fuel procurement transport and utilization management, equipment repair, maintenance and safety management the financial cost of the rational allocation of human resources, optimize four respects, put forward corresponding settlement measures. These measures are effective methods for electric power industry, will have certain reference significance.
