西南林业大学 本科毕业（设计）论文 （2011届） 题 目：云南省人口、资源、环境与经济协调发展的探究 教学院系 理学院 专 业 信息与计算科学 学生姓名 王文剑 指导教师 刘琳（副教授） 评 阅 人 2011年 5 月 25 日 云南省人口、资源、环境、与经济协调发展的探究 王文剑 (西南林业大学 理学院 云南 昆明 650224) 摘要：自1994年制定《中国21世纪议程》，特别是党中央提出科学发展观和构建和谐社会主义和谐两大战略思想以来，中国政府积极引导全社会坚持走可持续发展道路，取得了令人瞩目的成就。在新的形势下，中国可持续发展面临着重要的机遇和严重的挑战。认真总结已有的经验，全面分析当前的情势，研究提出相应的战略对策，对于深入贯彻落实科学发展观，全面推进可持续发展战略实施，具有十分重要的意义。协调发展是可持续发展和构建和谐社会两大战略思想的重要组成部分。本文以协调发展作为评价标准，分析云南省人口、资源、环境和经济复合系统的协调发展水平。 本文在协调发展理论的基础上，对云南省人口、资源、环境和经济的协调发展做出分析和讨论。首先利用主成分分析法来确定云南人口、资源、环境与经济各个子系统的综合协调发展指数。其次在对子系统指标进行综合的基础上设计两个综合系数：整体发展系数和整体协调系数，并用这两个系数的相关程度来衡量云南省人口、资源、环境、经济发展的协调性。最后对云南人口、资源、环境与经济的复合系统的协调发展状况进行分析，希望为云南人口、资源、环境与经济的协调发展提供一些有益的对策和建议，以促进云南人口、资源、环境与经济朝着协调的方向发展。 关键词 ：协调发展 ；协调系数法Yunnan population, resources, environment, and economic development of the inquiry Wang wenjian (Faculty of Science，Southwest forestry university，Kunming，Yumnan， 650224， China)Abstract：1994 Establishment of China Agenda 21, in particular, the CPC Central Committee put forward the scientific development concept and building a harmonious socialist harmonious two strategic thinking, the Chinese Government to actively help the general public adhere to the path of sustainable development, has made remarkable achievement.
