延 边 大 学 （ 二 〇 一 四 年 五 月  摘 要 当今社会，随着科学管理的日益深入，在科技日益发达的同时，企业间的竞争也从硬件技术层面的竞争转向企业软实力的竞争。为了使企业获得长远的发展，一大批学者和管理人才逐渐把目光转移到企业内部建设上。管理者也越来越认识到企业内部建设的重要性，特别是在西方现代管理思想的影响下，越来越多的管理者把建设有特色的企业文化作为公司的长远发展的重要战略。企业文化是企业的灵魂。在竞争日益的今天，企业要想长久的站稳自己的脚跟，除了不断提高企业的硬件水平外，还必须建设良好的企业文化。 本文以WH公司作为企业案例，在企业文化的相关理论的基础上，探讨WH公司在企业文化建设的现状,同时去分析WH公司在企业文化建设过程中所面临的一些问题和不足,在有关理论的基础上,对比一些房地产行业比较著名的企业的企业文化建设的经验，尝试去提出一些解决相应问题的对策。通过对案例的分析，进而，探寻我国中小型企业在企业文化建设的过程中面临的问题和不足，同时尝试去寻找解决这些问题的途径和方法。 关键词： WH公司； 企业文化； 共同价值观 Abstract In todays society, with the increasingly development of scientific management, in science and technology increasingly developed at the same time, the competition between enterprises are from the hardware technology level of competition to enterprise soft power competition. In order to make the enterprise to obtain long-term development, a large number of scholars and managers gradually focus on enterprise internal construction. Managers are increasingly realize the importance of enterprise internal construction, especially under the influence of western modern management thought, more and more managers put the construction of distinctive corporate culture as an important strategy.
