摘要 随着21世纪全球经济的一体化，制造业的竞争日趋激烈，在流水线式生产的模式下，提高生产线的效率和产能越来越受到企业的重视。生产线平衡率这一指标在某种程度上可以衡量生产线平衡性的高低以及生产线上人员、设备的利用情况，企业的生产线平衡率的高低直接影响着企业的经济效益情况，同时，流水线的流畅情况对企业的产品的良率有着重大的影响。人因的优良对提高企业的生产效率也是起着举足轻重的作用。 针对F集团的典型流水线H产线的生产现场的平衡率偏低的实际情况，通过运用工业工程的基本理论与改善手法提高生产线平衡率，从而提高公司的生产效率与效益。同时也利用人因工程的知识对相关的工具进行合理的改善与设计，提高人员的作业的舒适度。概述了生产线平衡的相关理论知识以及工业工程的相关改善手法，阐明了影响生产线平衡的要素，通过工时测定、作业分析的方法对企业生产线现场进行研究，找出问题所在，制定改善的目标，并提出了生产线平衡的改善方案。运用动作研究、工序重组以及布局的优化对企业现有的生产线进行了改善，提高了企业的经济效益，也表明了工业工程技术在生产线平衡改善中的有效作用。 关键词：生产线平衡；节拍；工时；流水线改善。 ABSTRACT As the 21st century global economy integration, the competition of manufacturing industry, under the mode of assembly-line production, improve the efficiency of the production line and production capacity is more and more brought to the attention of the enterprise. Production line balancing rate the indicators to some extent, can measure the production line balance of high and low and production line personnel, equipment utilization, enterprise production line balance rate directly affects the enterprises economic benefit, at the same time, line is fluent situation to the enterprise has significant effects on the yield of the product. People because of the good to improve the production efficiency of enterprises is also plays an important role. Typical assembly line for F group H of the production line balance rate of manufacturing is low of the actual situation, by using the basic theory of industrial engineering and improve the technique to improve line balance rate, thus improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company.
