摘 要 本设计为0.9Mt/a通风设计，共有可采煤层2层，分别为6、10煤层，煤层厚度为m。设计井田的可采储量64.54Mt，设计服务年限为52a，煤层平均倾角为5°，采用的采煤方法为倾斜长壁采煤法，采煤工艺为综合机械化采煤工艺掘进工作面采用压入式通风，选用FBD-NO.6.0/37局部通风机和直径1000mm的帆布风筒，顶板处理方法为全部跨落法。矿井通风方式为中央并列式，通风方法采用抽出式，区通风设计中，回采工作面通风方式为U型本设计还对矿井的需风量进行了计算与分配。经计算：矿井容易时期东一带区投产m/s，矿井通风总阻力为Pa，矿井等积孔为4.矿井困难时期西二带区投产总需风量为m/s，矿井通风总阻力为1Pa，矿井等积孔为。 同时设置通风设施，并制定灾害防治措施。最后选择主要通风机，型号为轴流式FBCDZ-8-No2；电动机型号为YBFe355M28。 关键词：；通风系统；风量分配；灾害防治 ABSTRACT This design for the coal mine two well 0.9Mt/a new mine design, with a total of minable seam layer 2, 6 and 10 coal seam, the total thickness of coal seam is 5.3m. The design of mine ventilation resistance also easy and difficult period of air volume was calculated and the distribution. By computing: easy for east region area during the period of mine production, air volume of 97.96m/s, total resistance of mine ventilation is 555.181Pa, mine product such as hole of 4.95m2; Mine hard times for west two belt region and put into production,Total air volume of 102.05m/s, total resistance of mine ventilation is 1837.429Pa, mine product such as hole is 2.83m2. At the same time set the ventilation facilities and formulate disaster prevention and control measures. Finally choose main ventilator, models for axial FBCDZ-8- No28A; Motor model for YBFe355M2-8.
