劳动关系发展趋势研究 摘要：生产力是社会发展的基础，生产关系是与生产力相辅相成的一部分，而劳动关系是生产关系中一个相对独立的部分。关于劳动关系，无论是理论的研究还是实践的探索都已经很成熟。而作为一个工业化体系刚刚初步建成，还在继续发展中，市场经济刚刚起步不久，相关体系还未成熟的发展中大国，我国的劳动关系也必然是处于不断变化中的，因此我们在研究时要从时间和空间的角度综合分析。目前我国劳动关系呈现出类型多样，利益复杂，主体清晰，格局复杂等特点，并且主要呈以下六个方面的趋势：1.随着经济发展方式的转化，我国劳动关系呈多样化方向发展。2.我国劳动关系易受到国外经济形势的影响而波动。3.劳动主题的不断变化增加了对劳动关系的影响。4.随着法律的健全，劳动关系开始越来越多的依靠法律。5.大众传媒对劳动关系的影响越来越大。6.随着对外开放，与国际接轨，国际贸易规则和劳工标准也开始越来越制约着我国的劳动关系。在这种情况下，我国应把握劳动关系的主题思想和中心要求，利用改革和转型这一有利时机，推动我国劳动关系更好的发展。 关键词：劳动关系；发展；趋势；特点；研究 Abstract: productivity is the foundation of social development, the relations of production and productivity is a part of each other, and the labor relations is a relatively independent part of relations of production. On labor relations, both theoretical research and practice exploration are already very mature. We also should see， the ultimate goal of climate change and the real purpose is to guide the production of human life. Therefore， this subject to climate change as the breakthrough point， will be an important part in agricultural and animal husbandry -- animal husbandry as the end result. The purpose of this study is to realize the research contribution in two aspects: first， the study of climate analysis， through the analysis of the research on climate change in Hulun Buir， to understand the deeper the trend of climate change， to explore the deep-seated on climatic prediction method analysis.
