字幕翻译关联理论最佳关联文化缺省翻译策略《老友记》论文.docVIP

从关联理论看影视剧的字幕翻译 【摘要】 影视作品做为传播文化、加强交流的一个重要手段,随着各国文化交流的加强,影视作品源源不断地涌入国内。字幕翻译是一种新兴和特殊的翻译模式。但在国内无论是影视翻译实践,还是其相关的理论研究,都落后于西方国家。这方面的不足与当前外语影视作品大量的引入已形成很大的矛盾。本文采用Sperber和Wilson提出的关联理论为理论框架,针对美国情景喜剧《老友记》中所出现的文化缺省现象的字幕翻译进行案例分析。文化缺省是作者与意向读者交流时对双方共有的相关文化背景知识的省略,是认知交际过程的自然结果。文化缺省又是一种特殊的文化现象,由于原语作者与译语观众的认知环境不同,文化缺省很可能在跨文化交际中导致理解障碍或错误。通过对《老友记》中所出现的文化缺省现象进行探讨,根据关联理论中的最佳关联原则并辅以具体的例子来论证,提出一些合理、有效的翻译策略,认为译者在其字幕翻译过程中判断和决定是否该翻译此信息以及怎样翻译,都应遵循关联原则,达到最佳关联。影视字幕翻译不同于其他翻译,由于电影媒介本身的局限,特别是受到时空因素的限制,使得字幕翻译本身的难度高于其他翻译;同时,这种翻译又对译者的语言水平提出了更高的要求。字幕...?更多还原 【Abstract】 As one of the most important communicative channels of cultural diffusion and strengthening exchanges, audiovisual production becomes a powerful tool for it.
