L公司ERP实施方案分析 摘要 近年来，随着社会经济和信息技术的不断发展，信息技术对社会经济的影响越来越大，在企业间竞争不断加剧的条件下，信息技术做为企业间竞争的重要手段，也逐步被企业重视和认可，ERP作为企业重要的信息技术之一，以其自身强大的管理功能被越来越多的企业所应用，并为各个企业的信息化管理提供了强有力的支持。 本文以石化企业L公司的ERP系统的实际研究与开发为例，在详细分析企业的行业特点、生产特点以及各个部门的主要职责和管理方法，设计和开发了用户、模块的相关功能，并设计了该公司ERP系统的总体框架和主要功能的构架。并在此基础上对L公司的实施方案进行了分析，对存在的问题提出了相关的对策，同时从L公司ERP运营分析ERP实施提供一定的借鉴作用。 关键词：ERP；实施方案Abstract In recent years, along with the social economy and the continuous development of information technology, the information technology s influence on social economy is more and more big, the competition between enterprises growing conditions, the information technology as the competition between the enterprise is the important means of enterprises, has gradually been the attention and recognition, ERP Enterprises as an important one of information technologies, with its its powerful management function by more and more enterprise applications, and for each enterprise information management to provide strong support. In this paper, in order to petrochemical company L ERP system the actual research and development as an example, the detailed analysis of the industry characteristic of the enterprise, production characteristics and various departments of the main responsibilities and management methods, design and development of user, module function, and the design of the company ERP system overall frame and main function framework. And on the basis of the L implementation schemes are analyzed, the existing problems and puts forward some countermeasures, at the same time from the L ERP operation to undertake an analysis, put forward L company operation of the protection mechanisms and risk control methods, hope to a certain extent for the L company and even the whole petrifaction industry ERP the implementation of the reference.
