PFNA内固定用于老年股骨粗隆间骨折中的可行性及安全性 　　[摘要] 目的 探究PFNA内固定用于老年股骨粗隆间骨折中的可行性和安全性。 方法 选取我院2012年1月～2015年2月收治的100例股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者，随机分为两组。其中对照组48例，采用DHS内固定系统；试验组52例，采用PFNA内固定系统，比较两组术中手术指标，术后临床疗效和并发症等情况。 结果 试验组手术时间（44.8±7.8）min、术中出血量（98±24）mL、负重时间（5.8±2.4）周、骨折愈合时间（11.4±2.4）周都明显小于对照组（55.1±6.4）min、（164±28）mL、（7.2±1.6）周、（13.5±4.8）周（P0.05）。试验组的治疗总有效率（90.38%）大于对照组（72.92%）（P0.05）。试验组的并发症率（7.7%）明显小于对照组（25.0%）（P0.05）。 结论 PFNA内固定用于老年股骨粗隆间骨折中的临床疗效好，可行性和安全性高，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] PFNA内固定；股骨粗隆间骨折；安全性；可行性 　　[中图分类号] R683.42 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）20-175-04 　　Feasibility and safety of PFNA internal fixation treatment of senile intertrochanteric fracture 　　YUAN Quanhua ZHONG Weiwei HUANG Ying 　　Department of Bone Surgery， Longchuan County Peoples Hospital， Longchuan 517300， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the feasibility and safety of PFNA （proximal femoral nail antirotation） internal fixation in the treatment of senile intertrochanteric fracture.
