Let’s start with the foundation of DuPont – our core values. We’ve shown this chart many times – both externally and internally – and we’ve added the statement at the bottom of the slide that we are also accountable to all of our stakeholders for upholding these values. Key Message: Emphasize DuPont’s vision again – We are really working hard to create a safer, healthier, and more environmentally friendly life for the people in the world. Key message: Share DuPont’s growth from a US based company to a global company We will remove the existing five-platform support structure that houses DuPont’s businesses and integrate our 23 businesses into 14. Each business will have clear profit-and-loss and cash management accountability. We firmly believe each of our businesses has a necessary and specific role in enabling DuPont to carry out our strategy and fulfill our mission. This realignment will reduce organizational complexity, provide greater transparency, increase productivity, and allow DuPont to be more nimble . . . more responsive . . . and more resourceful. As mentioned previously, Responsible Care is a management system covering six different codes. Within these codes are 106 management practices.
