切开复位髓内钉固定治疗闭合性胫骨干骨折的疗效观察 　　摘要：目的 评估切开复位、髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折的安全性和有效性。方法 回顾性纳入我院接受髓内钉固定的闭合性胫骨干骨折患者56例，其中切开复位19例，闭合复位37例。对比了两组的临床及影像学结果。结果 所有的骨折最终均愈合，成角5°。切开组无感染，骨不连2例；闭合组感染2例，骨不连1例，两组数据无统计学差异。结论 尽管闭合复位髓内钉固定仍旧是大多数胫骨干骨折的首选治疗方案，但当低侵袭性技术无法复位时，仔细保护软组织的切开复位是安全、有效的选择。 　　关键词：胫骨骨折；髓内钉；开放复位 　　Abstract：Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of open reduction and intramedullary nail in the treatment of tibial shaft fractures.Methods Using the database of our hospital， 19 closed displaced tibia fractures treated with formal open reduction prior to intramedullary nailing were identified and matched with
