工程生活实践智慧的道德哲学阐释 　　摘 要：对具体的工程行为者来说，工程生活是工程实践与个人社会角色、生活习染、文化传统、教育经历、情感欲望相统一的生活；对作为“类”的人来说，工程生活是人在工程―人―自然―社会整体存在中“人之为人”的生活。因此，工程生活的实践智慧必须努力超越工程伦理规范体系及“我”与“你”“它”关系的紧张，并在现实的工程实践场景中，展现为“我”从“遵行规范”向“正确行动”超越和“正确行动”向“好的生活”升华的目的性进程。亦即，“我”既要按照规范标准遵循职责义务，根据当下的工程实际反思、认识、实践规范提出的道德要求，变通、调整“我”向“你”“它”负责的行为方式，不断探索和总结“正确行动”的手段、途径；又要坚持以德性涵育自身品格与行为方式，思考、践履道德卓越对工程―人―自然―社会存在下人的生活的真实意义，不断扬弃践行责任与卓越和“好的生活”关系中的感性、片面性，寻求自身的全面发展、自由和幸福。 　　关键词：工程生活；实践智慧；遵行规范；正确行动；好的生活 　　中图分类号：B82-05文献标志码：A 文章编号：1671-1254（2016）05-0011-08 　　Abstract：To a specific agent of engineering， engineering practice should be identical with the individuals social role， life influence， cultural tradition， education experience， emotion and desires. To a human being， engineering life should be a kind of life what it is to be human in the whole existence of engineering with human， nature and society. Therefore， the practical wisdom in engineering life must be intended to exceed traditional normative system of engineering ethics and overcome tension between “I-Thou” and “I-It”. In addition， the practical wisdom should be displayed with the goal-directed process in which “I” make effort to do “right actions” rather than merely “obey codes.” What is more， the developing process should be dynamic and activated because “I” devote continuously to striving for “good life” by doing “right action.” That is， on one hand， “I” not only comply with obligations from codes， but also increase flexibility to adjust my behaviors which “I” ought to be responsible for “Thou” and “It” according to the moral requirements coming from reflecting， understanding and practicing codes in the present engineering life. On the other hand， “I” should continually think about the real meaning of human practices moral excellence in the whole existence of engineering with human， nature and society. Furthermore， “I” should keep self-cultivation in engineering life and persist in seeking human development， freedom and blessedness in an all-around way； meanwhil
