信访制度的影响 篇一：浅析我国的信访制度 南京工业大学本科生毕业论文 浅析我国的信访制度 摘 要 信访制度是民众参与政治，宣泄不满，要求和维护自己合法权益的有效途径；是党和政府体察社情民意，听取群众呼声的重要渠道。然而随着我国政治经济的迅速发展和逐步转轨，各类社会矛盾和冲突日渐凸现和加剧，信访制度陷入了困境。本文在这种背景下，分析相关的资料和结合我国信访制度的现状，提出一些看法和建议。本文主要从五个部分来论述，第一部分介绍信访制度的相关理论，为本文的研究提供理论基础。第二部分阐述了理论界对信访制度的看法，从而得出我们应该坚持信访制度的存在及存在的理由。第三部分讲述了我国信访制度的现状及所处的困境。第四部分与第五部分则是本文的重点，第四部分将我国信访制度与日本行政相谈制度相比较，并得出一些启示；第五部分主要论述怎么样改革和完善我国的信访制度。 关键词：信访制度 困境 信访制度现状 存在的理由 改革和完善 Abstract Analysis of China#39;s petition system Abstract Petition system is an effective way of people who is willing to participate in the political settlement of disputes and vent their dissatisfaction, require and safeguard their legitimate rights; it is also an important channel for the Party and government to understand the public feeling and listen to the voice of the masses. However, with the rapid development of China#39;s political economy and the gradual transition, variety of social contradictions and disputes have been appeared and intensified, the petition system into the plight. In this situation, this paper puts forward some opinions and suggestions about the petition system by analyzing the relevant information and the status in china. The paper has five parts. The first part explains the source of the petition system that provides a theoretical basis. The second part describes what the view of the theorists on the petition system, resulting in we should adhere to the petition system in existence and reason for being. The third part describes the status and the plight. The fourth part and the fifth part are the key point. In the forth part we get some enlightenment by comparing the petition system with Japanese administrative system. The fifth part mainly talks about how to reform and improve the system.
