腹腔镜胆囊切除术与传统开放手术临床效果对比研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术与传统开放手术临床效果。 方法 选取2014年4月～2015年4月我院治疗的胆囊结石患者115例，随机分为观察组58例与对照组57例，观察组采用微创保胆取石术联合牛磺熊去氧胆酸治疗。对照组给予常规腹腔镜胆囊切除手术治疗。（1）观察两组手术指标及住院和饮食恢复时间。（2）管丛林中各组术后恢复情况。（3）观察两组的并发症发生率。 结果 与对照组比较，观察组患者手术时间，术中出血量，切口长度明显减少，术毕至排气的时间，术后饮食恢复时间及住院时间明显缩短，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组患者应用止痛剂及导尿例数明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的术后下床活动时间明显缩短，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的并发症发生率为8.62%，明显低于对照组的28.07%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 腹腔镜胆囊切除术临床疗效显著，可明显降低不良反应发生率，减轻患者痛苦，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 腹腔镜胆囊切除术；传统开放手术；临床效果；急性胆囊炎 　　[中图分类号] R657.4 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）20-145-03 　　Comparison of clinical effects between laparoscopic cholecystectomy and traditional open surgery 　　CHEN Chunshan 　　First Department of Surgery，Fujin Central Hospital，Fujin 156100，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the Comparison of clinical effects between laparoscopic cholecystectomy and traditional open surgery.
