玩具鸭的逆向工程与雕铣加工 （陕西理工学院机械工程学院机械设计制造及其自动化专业081班，陕西 汉中 723003） [摘要]随着计算机技术的迅猛发展，信息化时代的来临，计算机三维造型技术特别是逆向工程技术在工业上已经得到了广泛的应用。作为一种新的经济模式，信息化带动制造业形成新的经济增长，从而“反求工程”便应运而生，带动了机械行业的进一步发展。本文主要针对玩具鸭，借助三维激光扫描仪，以使原始几何参数尽可能得到还原为宗旨，对鼠头模型进行测量;通过反求软件surface、geomagic对测量的点云数据进行处理，最终得到玩具鸭的曲面模型，在pro/e中生成实体；最后把生成的实体导入到Mastercam软件中进行模拟加工，并生成数控程序代码。本课题主要内容是 ：如何利用surface、geomagic对点云进行处理，得到玩具鸭的曲面模型；在点云处理过程中，如何精确的拟合曲面等方面进行研究，以及在实体模拟加工过程中怎么运用mastercam软件进行加工，生成可用的数控程序代码； [关键词]反求工程 拟合 曲面建模 实体模拟加工  Reverse Engineering and Engraving of Toy duck （Class of 081, Machine designe,manufacturing and automation , Professional of Mechanical Design，Institute of Mechanical Engineering，Shaanxi Institute of Technology，Hanzhong 723003，Shaanxi） [Abstract] With the rapid development of computer technology and the advent of information age, 3D computer modeling technology, particularly for reverse engineering technology, have been widely used in the industry. As a new economic model, information technology drives manufacturing and forms new economic growth, thereby reverse engineering which drives the further development of the mechanical industry will emerge. With the three-dimensional laser scanner, the article is to measure the model focused on toy duck, in order to restore the original geometry as much as possible; then, it processes the measured point cloud data by reverse software surface and geomagic, and receives the surface model of toys duck which is generated entity in pro / e; in the end, generated entity which is generated into Mastercam is processed stimulation, and generates NC code. The main issue is: how to process the point cloud by the software of surface and geomagic and receive the surface models of toy duck; in point cloud processing, how to fit surface areas accurately, as well as how to use the software of mastercam in the physical simulation processing, and generate NC code.
