试论我国高校服务型行政管理体系建设 摘要 近年来，“服务行政”研究逐渐成为学术界的热点问题之一。尤其自正式提出“建设服务型政府”以来，在全国范围内更是掀起了一场对构建“服务型政府”或“服务型行政管理体系”进行理论研究和实践探索的浪潮。 在这一浪潮的推动下，国内高校在探索服务型行政管理模式的道路上也迈出了重要的步伐。与此同时，高校构建服务型行政管理体系的实践经验也有助于各级政府机构建设“服务型政府”的实践探索以及高校内部管理体制改革的推进和整个社会物质文化和精神文化的继承和发展。从高校的行政管理改革为视角对高校的管理体制改革进行思考，首先介绍了高校的服务行政管理的理论构建，在此基础上分析了在我国建设高校的服务型行政管理的现实意义及当前我国高校管理存在的问题及成因，并对如何进一步推进我国高校的服务型行政管理提出一些思考。 【关键词】：高校 行政管理 服务 组织结构  Administration system construction in Colleges and Universities Abstract In recent years, the service administration has gradually become a hot topic of research in academia.
