厦门乳制品冷链物流存在问题与对策 [摘要] 随着经济的飞速发展，人们生活水平的提高，消费者的食品消费观念逐渐转向多元化,更加注重食品安全，要求更新鲜、安全、无污染。乳制品具有易腐性、鲜活性、保质性的特点，其质量直接影响消费者的饮食安全。为提高乳制品行业竞争力，保证乳制品的食品，满足消费者全方位的需求，乳制品冷链物流应运而生。而厦门乳制品冷链物流尚处于起步阶段，如何解决原料奶收购环节过多，如何解决因供产销地零散分布导致的配送难度过大，如何建设信息化系统，如何统一质量标准等问题，是目前企业、政府所需要重视的。通过本文，对厦门乳制品冷链物流的发展现状及整体环境进行分析，针对所面临的机遇和威胁，针对目前存在的问题提出基本对策，解决乳制品冷链物流在供产销环节的问题，来引起乳制品生产商、政府和行业协会的对乳制品冷链物流的重视，来解决乳制品冷链物流发展中的问题，以达到一定的经济效益和社会效益。 [关键词] 乳制品 冷链物流 SWOT 对策分析 Problems and Countermeasures of Xiamen Dairy Product Cold Chain Logistics [Abstract] Nowadays, with the express delivery industry increasingly competing, logistics service quality becomes the core competitiveness of the express enterprise. Although Shentong express delivery acts as a famous private courier company, its join in system brings a series of problems, affecting the improvement of logistics service quality level. In order to occupy more market shares, Shentong express delivery must improve logistics services quality. On the basis of the logistics service quality of express delivery industry and its influencing factors, this paper established the Shentong express logistics service quality evaluation system, applying Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate Shentong express delivery logistics service quality. First of all, using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to determine index weight at various levels. Besides, adopting the secondary Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate Shentong express delivery logistics service quality. Then, finding out main factors which influence logistics service quality on the basis of the analysis of Shentong express logistics service quality. At last, putting forward the proposal on the improvement of Shentong express logistics service quality.
