北京理工大学继续教育暨现代远程教育学院 毕业设计(论文) 类　别： 专升本 专 业： 会 计 班 级： 2010年秋 姓 名： 王 伟 毕业设计题目：推进中小企业信用担保行业发展的研究 指导教师姓名： 张秀梅 老师 摘 要 中小企业一直对我国经济做着巨大的贡献，可以说我国绝大多数的企业都归于中小企业，甚至微小企业的范畴中。而中小企业的发展需要资金的支持，融资难问题这个“大毒瘤”一直阻碍着中小企业的前进。而信用担保行业恰恰解决了这一难题，由于信用担保行业的支持，为企业和贷款机构建立了很好的桥梁，使得企业融资变得更加现实和便利。 但是，服务于中小企业的信用担保行业同样面临着种种问题。由于目前国家和政府对中小企业发展的重视，一些担保机构纷纷建立了起来，来协助企业的发展，而关于此行业相应的保障体系还没有建立起来，使得此行业发展缓慢，难以帮助企业发展。此论文以中小企业信用担保行业的问题为中心，分别对担保行业相关法律制度不完善，担保行业呈现了增长速度快、担保机构规模相对较小，承担风险能力低下，相关法律保护效力低等问题加以分析，提出要政府对行业的资金支持，建立专业的法律体系等对策来解决问题。 关键词：中小企业,信用,担保 ABSTRACT SMEs has been Chinas economy doing a tremendous contribution, we can say the vast majority of our enterprises are attributed to small and medium-sized enterprises, and even small enterprises category. SME development needs financial support to finance this cancer has been to impede the progress of the SMEs. Credit guarantee industry is precisely to solve this problem, due to the support of the credit guarantee industry, businesses and lending institutions to establish a good bridge, and corporate finance has become more realistic and convenient. However, serving the SME credit guarantee industry is also facing problems. Due to the attention of State and Government on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, the number of guarantee agencies have set up to assist in the development of enterprises, while the security system on the industry yet to be established, making the slow development of this industry, it is difficult to help the development of enterprises.
