（一） Letter One Gentlemen: We are sorry to have to complain about your usually very fine merchandise(货品). The last shipment of 100 dozen blouses(女罩衫)，ordered on March 23rd, is unsatisfactory and we cannot accept it. The collars are noticeably uneven on some of the blouses; and there are open seams(接缝)on many of the sleeves.
